School District Policy. In accordance with School Board of Manatee County Policy and Procedures, no contract for providing supplies, equipment or services shall be effected with any individual or business entity in which any member of the School Board of Manatee County or the Superintendent has any financial interest. No contract for goods or services may be made with any business entity in which the Superintendent, Board Member or their spouse or child has an employment relationship or a material interest. No School Board employee may directly or indirectly purchase or recommend for purchase of goods or services from any business organization in which his/her spouse or child has a material interest as defined in F.S. 112.

School District Policy. A copy of the School District Policy as it is formulated shall be provided the President of the Association.

Bus Rules Many students at Prairie View are provided with bus service and are highly encouraged to use it. Post Falls School District cannot take responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur while students are going to and from school or if they are walking or riding their bikes. Bus behavior that may cause harm to other students or that results in an unnecessary distraction for the driver will be considered sufficient cause for restrictive consequences, up to and including expulsion from bus privileges. Additional consequences at school may also be given. Please review appropriate bus behavior with your student. If you send or bring flowers or balloons to school, please remember that glass containers and balloons are not allowed on the bus. It is the parent’s responsibility to pick up these items.
School District Policy. Nothing in this article prohibits the District from adopting a teacher evaluation policy supplementing the above provisions, so long as the policy is not inconsistent with these provisions.
School District Policy. Except as provided in this Article, evaluation and evaluation procedures shall be a matter of School District policy and shall not be a part of this Agreement. Furthermore, except as otherwise provided in this Article, nothing shall limit the School District from supplementing evaluation procedures, nor shall anything herein preclude the School District from evaluating the teacher’s total performance as a teacher in the School District.

Such SPD shall be provided no less than biennially and prior to the beginning of the insurance year.   • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property.   • Medical Benefits - Prescription Drugs Administered by a Provider (other than a pharmacist) This plan covers prescription drugs as a medical benefit, referred to as “medical prescription drugs”, when the prescription drug requires administration (or the FDA approved recommendation is administration) by a licensed healthcare provider (other than a pharmacist). Please note: Specialty prescription drugs meeting these requirements or recommendations are covered as a pharmacy benefit and not a medical benefit. These medical prescription drugs include, but are not limited to, medications administered by infusion, injection, or inhalation, as well as nasal, topical or transdermal administered medications. For some of these medical prescription drugs, the cost of the prescription drug is included in the allowance for the medical service being provided, and is not separately reimbursed.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • Group Health Benefit Plans, Carrier and Premiums 7.1.1 When enrolment and other requirements for group participation in various plans have been met, the Employer will sponsor such plans to the portion agreed upon and such sponsorship shall not exceed that which is authorized or accepted by the benefit agency.
