Common use of SECTION 1010 Clause in Contracts

SECTION 1010. 42 An employee on layoff status who rejects an offer of reemployment forfeits seniority and all other accrued 43 benefits; provided that such employee is offered a position substantially equal to that held prior to layoff. 44
