Section 12.1. 2. 43 New employees desiring coverage must enroll in the insurance programs within fifteen (15) 44 days of their orientation date. Regular employees shall have the option, consistent with the 45 requirements of provider contracts, to change or enroll in insurance programs during the open 46 enrollment period specified by the District (normally the month of September through the 47 second Friday of October of each year).
