Section 14.2.2. 43 Step Two (2): If the grievance is not resolved to the employee’s satisfaction in accordance with the 44 preceding subsection, the employee shall reduce to writing a statement of the grievance containing 45 the following:
Section 14.2.2. 27 If the grievance issue is not resolved to the employee's satisfaction in accordance with the 28 preceding subsection, the employee shall formalize the grievance by reducing it to writing 29 within thirty (30) days of the occurrence. All grievances not brought to the immediate 30 supervisor in accordance with the preceding sentence within thirty (30) days of the occurrence 31 of the grievance shall be invalid and subject to no further processing. The written statement of 32 the grievance shall contain the following:
Section 14.2.2. 41 The District shall post in the work area for five (5) workdays the availability of open positions 42 as soon as possible after the District is aware of the opening. Such positions shall be filled or 43 the position shall be eliminated within twenty (20) workdays following the closure of the 44 posting. Section 14.2.2. 9 Yearly steps, where applicable, shall take effect September 1 each year, provided that the 10 employee was employed for six (6) months of the previous fiscal year.

Section 14.2.2. 41 Nothing contained in this section shall in any regard limit the operation of other sections of this 42 Article.
Section 14.2.2. 47 Retroactive pay, where applicable shall be paid on the first regular pay day following execution 48 of this Agreement, if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular pay day. In the 1 case of retroactive pay resulting from negotiations pursuant to Article XVI, Section 16.3., such 2 retroactive pay shall be paid on the first regular pay day following agreement on such schedule, 3 if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular pay day.
Section 14.2.2. 44 The parties agree to adhere to the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and the 45 Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act. 5 Section 15.1.
Section 14.2.2. 34 The “Statement of Grievance” shall name the grievant(s) involved, the facts giving rise to the 35 grievance, the provision(s) of the Agreement alleged to be violated, and the remedy (specified 36 relief) requested.
