Section 210. ATTORNEY’S FEES In the event litigation or other proceeding is required to enforce or interpret any provision of this Agreement, the prevailing party in such litigation or other proceeding shall be entitled to an award of its actual and reasonable attorney's fees, costs and expenses incurred in the proceeding. SECTION 212 – SEVERABILITY Should any part, term or provision of this Agreement be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal or in conflict with the law of the State or otherwise be rendered unenforceable or ineffectual, the validity of the remaining portions or provisions shall not be affected thereby.
