Section 25.1. 36 In order for the District to be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as 37 of July 26, 1992, the District shall maintain a medical information file for each classified 38 employee of the District which will be kept separate from the personnel file. Such file will 39 contain such sensitive information as immunization history, health related cards, leave sharing 40 information, and information on medical history, and/or medical releases, etc. This medical 41 information file will insure confidentiality of sensitive information regarding the employee in 42 the event of a federal and/or state audit.
