Common use of Section 4.6 Clause in Contracts

Section 4.6. 9 Representatives of the Association, upon making their presence known to the District, shall have 10 access to the District premises during business hours, provided, that no conferences or meetings 11 between employees and Association representatives will in any way hamper or obstruct the normal 12 flow of work.

Section 4.6. 9 13 Representatives of the AssociationUnion, upon making their presence known request to the District, shall will have 10 access to the District premises 14 during business hours, provided, providing that no conferences or meetings 11 between employees and Association Union 15 representatives will in any way hamper or obstruct the normal 12 flow of workoperational necessities, as determined by the 16 appropriate supervisor.
