Common use of Section 6.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 6.4. 12 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 13 this Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each three (3) hours of 14 work.

Section 6.4. 12 23 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift workday less than the normal work workday shift previously 24 defined in 13 this Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each three (3) hours of 14 work.)

Section 6.4. 12 34 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 13 35 this Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each three (3) hours of 14 36 work.
