Common use of Section 9.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.1. 24 Each employee shall accumulate one (1) day of sick leave for each calendar month worked; provided, 25 however, that no employee shall accumulate less than ten (10) days of sick leave per school year. An 26 employee who works eleven (11) workdays in any calendar month will be given credit for the full 27 calendar month. Sick leave will be vested when earned and may be accumulated up to a maximum of 28 one hundred eighty (180) days.

Section 9.1. 24 1. 14 Each employee shall accumulate one (1) day of sick leave for each calendar per month worked; provided, 25 however, that no employee shall accumulate less than ten up to a maximum of eleven 15 (1011) days of sick leave per school year. An 26 employee who works , or at least that portion of eleven (11) workdays days which represents the 16 relationship between days worked and the amount of days normally worked in any calendar month will be given credit for the a full 27 calendar month. Sick leave will be vested when earned and may be accumulated up to a maximum of 28 one hundred eighty (180) daysschool year.
