Security Credentials. ATB may issue you Security Credentials or provide other Card Account Information to enable you to use the Card issued to you to make Purchases and obtain Cash Advances on the Card Account in accordance with this Agreement. At or near the time the Card Account is opened, a Primary Cardholder must advise us of the password to assign to the Card Account (the Account Password). We may, at our discretion, issue a separate password to any Cardholder (each a Cardholder Password), which will enable each Cardholder to access the Card Account as is permitted under this Agreement. ATB will also provide you with information on how to change your PIN and/or other Security Credentials and will provide the Primary Cardholder(s) with information on how to change the Password. You may, from time to time, change the PIN and/or other Security Credentials applicable to your Card and the Primary Cardholder(s) may, from time to time, change the Account Password or a Cardholder Password, in either case, upon notice to us and in accordance with our procedures as then in effect; however, such change will only be effective once it has been inputted into our or our agent’s systems.

Security Credentials. We require you or any Authorized User to use Security Credentials to gain access to the Services, and you will not be allowed to access the Services without correctly entering your Security Credentials. We may provide you a security code for your initial use of the Services or for any reset of your settings and you will be required to select or create personalized Security Credentials thereafter. From time to time, we may require you to select or create different Security Credentials and may change the types of security techniques used to access for any or all of the Services. You agree and acknowledge that use of the Security Credentials and any other Security Procedures are used to authenticate your identity and verify the instructions you provide to us, and are not used to detect errors in the instructions, transmission or content of communications. You bear sole responsibility for detecting and preventing any such errors. You authorize us to follow any and all instructions entered and transactions initiated using applicable Security Procedures unless and until you have notified us, according to notification procedures herein, that such instruction is incorrect or that the Security Procedures or your Security Credentials have been stolen, compromised, or otherwise become known to persons other than Authorized Users and until we have had a reasonable opportunity to act upon such notice. You agree that the initiation of a transaction using applicable Security Procedures constitutes sufficient authorization for us to execute such transaction notwithstanding any particular signature requirements identified on any signature card or other documents relating to your Account, and you agree and intend that the submission of transaction orders and instructions using the Security Procedures shall be considered the same as your written signature to execute such transaction. You acknowledge and agree that you shall be bound by any and all transactions and activity effected through the Service through the use of such Security Procedures, whether you actually authorized the transaction or not, and by any and all transactions and activity otherwise initiated by Authorized Users, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Security Credentials. We are authorized to act on transactions and other instructions received using your Security Credentials, and you agree that the use of your Security Credentials will have the same effect as your signature authorizing the transaction(s). If you disclose your Security Credentials to any person or entity, including any data aggregation service provider, direct us to assign Security Credentials to any entity or person, or permit any other person or entity to use Consumer Online Banking, you are responsible for any activity and transactions performed on your Account by such person or entity and for any use of your personal information and Account information by such person or entity. The loss, theft or unauthorized use of your Security Credentials could cause you to lose some or all of the money in your deposit Account(s), plus any amount available under any line of credit. It could also permit unauthorized persons to have access to your personal information and Account information, and to use the information for fraudulent purposes including identity theft. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Security Credentials and for any transactions performed or information received using such Security Credentials, to the fullest extent allowed by Applicable Law. We will ask for your Security Credentials to confirm your identity only if you call us. We will never contact you via e-mail, secure messaging or telephone requesting your Security Credentials. If you are ever contacted by anyone asking for your Security Credentials, you should refuse and immediately contact us. You may be the target of attempted identity theft.

Security Credentials. You agree that we have authority to act on instructions that we receive from anyone using your Security Credentials. Your Security Credentials have the same effect as your signature. You agree not to give or make available your Security Credentials to anyone else. You are responsible for any activity and transactions on your Account (and for any use of your personal information and Account Information) if you: (i) give your Security Credentials to any person or entity, including any Aggregation Service; (ii) tell us to assign Security Credentials to any entity or person; or (iii) permit any other person or entity to access or use the Services. You should keep your Security Credentials confidential. You could lose some or all of the money in your Account(s), including any amount available under any line of credit, through the loss, theft or unauthorized use of your Security Credentials. The loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your Security Credentials could also permit unauthorized persons to have access to your personal information and Account Information and to use such information for fraudulent purposes including identity theft. Under certain circumstances, you will be liable for the unauthorized use of your Security Credentials. If you believe that your Security Credentials have been lost or stolen or that someone may attempt to use them to access the Services without your consent, please call us immediately at our Contact Number. Section IV (Unauthorized Transactions) below describes your liability and how the timeliness of your notice to us impacts your liability for Unauthorized Transactions. We will ask for your Security Credentials to confirm your identity only when you log on to Digital Banking or if you call us. However, we will never ask you for your password if you call us. We will never contact you via e-mail, Secure Messaging or telephone requesting your Security Credentials. If someone contacts you asking for your Security Credentials, you should refuse and immediately contact us. You may be the target of attempted identity theft.
Security Credentials. Any Client-generated password in the System, or OTP code provided by AJM, granting access to the AJM account or the initiation, management, and confirmation of Services provided by AJM, as well as the initiation, authorization, execution, confirmation, and reception of Payment operations. Security credentials also encompass personalized security features (including identity verification instruments) granted by AJM in relation to Payment instruments.
