Common use of Security Deed Clause in Contracts

Security Deed. This conveyance is to be construed under the existing laws of the State of Georgia as a deed passing title, and not as a mortgage, and is intended to secure the payment of all sums secured by this Security Instrument. XXXXXXXX ACCEPTS AND AGREES to the terms and covenants contained in this Security Instrument and in any Rider signed by Xxxxxxxx and recorded with it.
