Common use of Seller will Clause in Contracts

Seller will. (i) conduct its business and operations in the manner in which the same have heretofore been conducted; (ii) preserve its business organization intact; (iii) keep available the services of its officers, employees, agents and distributors and (iv) preserve its relationships with customers, suppliers and others having dealings with Seller;

Seller will. (i) conduct the Acquired Business and its business and operations in substantially the same manner in which the same have heretofore been conducted; (ii) preserve its business organization intactintact (other than as may occur as a result of the sale of the FS Business); (iii) use its reasonable commercial efforts to keep available the services of its officers, employees, agents and distributors and (iv) use its reasonable commercial efforts to preserve its relationships with customers, suppliers and others having dealings with Seller;

Seller will. (i) conduct the Acquired Business and its business and operations in the manner in which the same have heretofore been conducted; (ii) preserve its business organization intact; (iii) keep available the services of its officers, employees, agents and distributors and (iv) preserve its relationships with customers, suppliers and others having dealings with Seller;

Seller will. (i) conduct the Acquired Business and its business and operations in the manner in which the same have heretofore been conducted; (ii) preserve its business organization intact; (iii) use its best efforts to keep available the services of its officers, employees, agents and distributors and (iv) use its best efforts to preserve its relationships with customers, suppliers and others having dealings with Seller;
