Share Splits. If Company at any time on or after this November 24th, 2015subdivides (by any share split, share dividend, recapitalization or otherwise) or combines (by combination, reverse share split or otherwise) one or more classes of its outstanding Common Shares into a greater or lesser number of shares, the share numbers and prices set forth in this Certificate, as in effect immediately prior to such subdivision or combination, will be proportionately reduced or increased, as applicable, effective as of the close of business on the date such subdivision or combination becomes effective.
Share Splits. Until the Notes and all notes issued pursuant to the terms thereof are no longer outstanding, the Company shall not effect any share combination, reverse share split or other similar transaction (or make any public announcement or disclosure with respect to any of the foregoing) without the prior written consent of the Required Holders (as defined below).
Share Splits. All references to the number of shares in this Agreement shall be appropriately adjusted to reflect any Recapitalization, which may be made by the Company after Closing.
Share Splits. All references to the number of shares in this Agreement shall be appropriately adjusted to reflect any share split, share dividend or other change in the capital stock which may be made by the Company after the RFR Completion or RFO Completion.
Share Splits. If the Company, at any time while this Warrant is outstanding, (i) subdivides outstanding Ordinary Shares into a larger number of shares, or (ii) combines outstanding Ordinary Shares into a smaller number of shares, then in each such case the Exercise Price shall be adjusted to reflect the new par value of the outstanding Ordinary Shares, if any and the number of Warrant Shares shall remain unchanged. Any adjustment pursuant to this Section 10(b) shall become effective immediately after the effective date of such subdivision or combination.
Share Splits. All references to “split-up” in subsection 4.1.1 of the Existing Warrant Agreement are hereby deleted and replaced with “share split”.
Share Splits. All references to numbers of shares in this Investors’ Rights Agreement shall be appropriately adjusted to reflect any share dividend, split, combination or other recapitalization affecting the Registrable Securities occurring after the date of this Investors’ Rights Agreement.
Share Splits. Any Share number in this Agreement shall be appropriately adjusted to reflect any stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization or similar event occurring after the date hereof.
Share Splits. The Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cause any Initial Fund to declare a forward share split or a reverse share split with respect to its Up Shares or Down Shares, and in the event of any such forward share split or reverse share split the Class Value per Share of such Class shall be adjusted accordingly. In the event of a forward or reverse share split with respect to any Class of a Fund’s Shares, the Sponsor may adjust such Fund’s Share Index Factors and, in the case of the AccuShares Spot CBOE VIX Fund, the Daily Amount as it determines necessary or advisable, in its sole and absolute discretion, to maintain continuity in tracking such Fund’s Underlying Index.
Share Splits. Without prejudice to the other provisions of this Agreement, all references to numbers of shares in this Agreement shall be appropriately adjusted to reflect any bonus issue, share dividend, split, combination or other recapitalization of shares by the Company occurring after the date of this Agreement.
