Should PERTAMINA and CONTRACTOR Sample Clauses

Should PERTAMINA and CONTRACTOR consider that the processing and utilization of Natural Gas is economical and choose to participate in the processing and utilization thereof, in addition to that used in secondary recovery operations, then the construction and installation of facilities, for such processing and utilization shall be carried out pursuant to an approved Work Program. It is hereby agreed that all costs and revenues derived from such processing, utilization and sale of Natural Gas shall be treated on a basis equivalent to that provided for herein concerning Petroleum Operations and disposition of Crude Oil except, of the Natural Gas, or the propane and butane fractions extracted from Natural Gas but not spiked in Crude Oil, remaining after deducting Operating Costs associated with the Natural Gas operations as stipulated in Exhibit “C”, PERTAMINA shall be entitled to take and receive thirty seven point five zero zero zero percent (37.5000 %) and CONTRACTOR shall be entitled to take and receive sixty two point five zero zero zero percent (62.5000 %). All such insurance shall (a) name Landlord as an additional insured under such party’s liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.6, (b) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s commercial general liability insurance, (c) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-contributing, and (d) comply with Landlord’s minimum insurance requirements.

  • Contractors All LAUSD Contractors and their Representatives are expected to conduct any and all business affiliated with LAUSD in an ethical and responsible manner that fosters integrity and public confidence. The Department supports diversity in its procurements and contracts, and requests that the Contractor offer subcontracting opportunities to certified woman-, veteran-, and minority-owned small businesses.
