Site Tours. Site tours may be necessary throughout completion of the Project. Developer shall allow City to conduct site tours from time to time as the City deems necessary. City will give Developer notice of a prospective tour and a mutually agreeable time shall be set. Developer is not obligated to conduct tours or allow access for tours when City fails to give prior notice.

Site Tours. Site tours may be necessary throughout completion of the Project. Subdivider shall allow City to conduct site tours from time to time as the City deems necessary. City will give Subdivider notice of a prospective tour and a mutually agreeable time shall be set. Subdivider is not obligated to conduct tours or allow access for tours when City failed to give prior notice.
Site Tours. Recipient shall provide PGE and its customers and guests with access to the Project, subject to 30-day advance notice by PGE.
Site Tours. We will conduct tours of the identified County facilities to gain an understanding of existing conditions. During the tours, we will validate department occupancy, generally observe deficiencies documented in reports supplied by SLO other than those concealed, requiring technical analysis or located below grade, understand work styles and space standards, and note the context of the area surrounding the visited buildings. Building Condition Assessment Reports provided by SLO will be reviewed in conjunction with the site tours for initial observations on the potential disposition of facilities.

Related to Site Tours

  • Site Safety Buyer shall comply with all federal, state, and local safety regulations and standards applicable to the Site and to the Equipment on which Siemens will perform the Services. Siemens shall not be obligated to commence or perform Services unless Buyer’s Site complies with all applicable safety requirements. In the event Buyer’s Site safety is non- compliant, Siemens may suspend the Services until such time as Buyer corrects the non-compliance. To the extent Siemens incurs additional time and expense as the result of Buyer’s non-compliance, Siemens shall be entitled to an equitable adjustment in the schedule, price and other affected provisions of the Agreement.

  • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.

  • Site Visit 7.1 The Tenderer, at the Tenderer's own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine and inspect the Site of the Required Services and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering in to a contract for the Services. The costs of visiting the Site shall beat the Tenderer's own expense.

  • Site Work An expansion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Boonville Station is required to accommodate the CTOIFs. The southern corner of the fence line will be expanded out by approximately 3,200 square feet. The Connecting Transmission Owner already owns the property required for the expansion. Approximately 120 feet of the existing fencing will need to be removed and approximately 150 feet of new fencing added.
