Software Products. Save as otherwise specified in any applicable commercial conditions relating to any Software Product as set forth in the Agreement and subject to the Licensee having complied with the terms of this Software License, the rights under this Software License shall be granted from the date of first delivery of the Software Product until the earlier of (i) for Software Products that are installed on board the Aircraft, the Licensee ceasing to operate the Aircraft on which such Software Products are installed, or (ii) the Licensee no longer owning or operating any Aircraft, or (iii) the Agreement or this Software License being terminated for any reason whatsoever, in which case the Licensee shall immediately cease to use the Software Products
