The Xxxxxx Mill and Millbrook Fen Preservation Project (the "Project Area") consists of three parcels -19-0027 1.000, 43-00542.000, 43-00325.000, which together total approximately 15.5 acres. The Project Area is located in Plain and Clinton Townships in Xxxxx County, Ohio. The 200 year-old mill and its site comprise 1.16 acres, located at the southeast xxxxx of Xxxxxx (SR 34) and Willow Roads (CR 228). The parcels are located in Goshen Township (Clermont County) and are adjacent to the eastern most edge of our Long Branch Farm & Trails site (LBFT). Hill Station Road runs along the eastern most side of the parcel and provides road access. Long Branch Creek, a headwater to XXxxxxx Creek & the Little Miami River, runs through the northwestern corner of the property.
