Statements, Payments and Interest. Section 3.1. The Bank shall prepare monthly, as of the Monthly Billing Date, a Card Account statement (the “Card Account Statement”) for each Card Account in which there is an outstanding balance as of the Monthly Billing Date or in which a Charge has been posted during the period commencing the day after the immediately preceding Monthly Billing Date and ending on the current Monthly Billing Date (the “Billing Period”). The Bank may upon request by the Member send to each Cardholder the Card Account Statement for such Cardholder’s Card Account. The Card Account Statement will include the Transactions and the outstanding balance.

Statements, Payments and Interest. All invoices must include the purchase order number and the date the invoice was sent to CMHA. Invoices shall not be backdated; the date on the invoice shall match the date the invoice is submitted to CMHA or the date the invoice is placed in the mail. Invoices which are not dated in accordance with this section will be rejected and the Contractor will need to submit a revised invoice to receive payment. If Contractor performs services without a Purchase Order, CMHA shall not be required to pay Contractor for those services. In addition, the billing statement must include a detail and summary portion as follows:

  • Payments and Interest Payments required of PURCHASER by this contract or modifications of this contract, other than those in Sections 13 and 42, shall be received by STATE within the time period stated on the instrument requesting payment from PURCHASER. Payments received after the due date stated on the billing instrument may be subject to an interest charge. The interest rate applied to overdue payments shall be the prime interest rate in effect on the day the payment became delinquent, as established by U.S. Bank, Xxxx and Xxxx Branch, plus 4 percent. Interest shall be calculated from the date of the original billing to the date payment is received by the State Forester.

  • PAYMENTS AND REPORTS All payments and reports due hereunder shall be made on or before the day such payments and reports are due. Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed to extend the expiration of the primary term hereof. Oil royalty payments and supporting documents shall be submitted prior to the last day of the month following each month's sale of production, and gas royalty payments and supporting documents shall be submitted prior to the last day of the second month following each month's sale of production. All payments shall be made by cash, check, certified check, or money order. Payment having restrictions, qualifications, or encumbrances of any kind whatsoever shall not be accepted by Lessor.   • Notification of Rate of Interest and Interest Amounts The Agent or the Calculation Agent, as applicable, will cause the Rate of Interest and each Interest Amount for each Interest Period and the relevant Interest Payment Date to be notified to the Issuer and any stock exchange on which the relevant Floating Rate Notes are for the time being listed (by no later than the first day of each Interest Period) and notice thereof to be published in accordance with Condition 13 as soon as possible after their determination but in no event later than the fourth London Business Day thereafter. Each Interest Amount and Interest Payment Date so notified may subsequently be amended (or appropriate alternative arrangements made by way of adjustment) without prior notice in the event of an extension or shortening of the Interest Period. Any such amendment will promptly be notified to each stock exchange on which the relevant Floating Rate Notes are for the time being listed and to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 13. For the purposes of this paragraph, the expression London Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or a Sunday) on which banks and foreign exchange markets are open for general business in London.

  • Repayment of Overpayments 17.1 Any salary overpayments will be repaid to the employer within a reasonable period of time.

  • Payments of Interest and Principal (a) The Issuer will cause interest to be paid on each Interest Payment Date and principal to be paid on the Expected Maturity Date; provided, however, that it shall not be an Event of Default if principal is not paid in full on such Expected Maturity Date unless funds for such payment have been allocated in accordance with Section 3.01 of the Indenture Supplement; and provided, further, that if a Class C(2020-5) Adverse Event has occurred and is continuing, principal will instead be payable in monthly installments on each Principal Payment Date for the Class C(2020-5) Notes in accordance with Sections 3.01 and 3.05 of the Indenture Supplement. All payments of interest and principal on the Class C(2020-5) Notes shall be made as set forth in Section 1102 of the Indenture.

  • Interim payments Interim payments are intended to reimburse the beneficiary for expenditure on the basis of a detailed statement of the costs incurred, once the action has reached a certain level of completion. It may clear all or part of any pre-financing. By the appropriate deadline indicated in Article I.5, the beneficiary shall submit a request for interim payment accompanied by the following documents: - an interim report on implementation of the action; - an interim financial statement of the eligible costs actually incurred, following the structure of the estimated budget; - where required by the provisions of Article I.4 on interim payment, a certificate on the action's financial statements and underlying accounts, produced by an approved auditor or, in case of public bodies, by a competent and independent public officer. The certificate shall certify, in accordance with a methodology approved by the Commission, that the costs declared by the beneficiary in the financial statements on which the request of payment is based are real, accurately recorded and eligible and that all receipts have been declared, in accordance with the agreement. The documents accompanying the request for payment shall be drawn up in accordance with the relevant provisions in Article I.5 and the annexes. The beneficiary shall certify that the information provided in his request for payment is full, reliable and true. He shall also certify that the costs incurred can be considered eligible in accordance with the agreement, that all receipts have been declared, and that his request for payment is substantiated by adequate supporting documents that can be checked. On receipt of these documents, the Commission shall have the period specified in Article I.4 in order to: - approve the interim report on implementation of the action; - ask the beneficiary for supporting documents or any additional information it deems necessary to allow the approval of the report; - reject the report and ask for the submission of a new report. Failing a written reply from the Commission within the time limit for scrutiny indicated above, the report shall be deemed to have been approved. Approval of the report accompanying the request for payment shall not imply recognition of the regularity or of the authenticity, completeness and correctness of the declarations and information it contains. Requests for additional information or a new report shall be notified to the beneficiary in writing. If additional information or a new report is requested, the time limit for scrutiny shall be extended by the time it takes to obtain this information. The beneficiary shall be informed of that request and the extension of the delay for scrutiny by means of a formal document. The beneficiary shall have the period laid down in Article I.4 to submit the information or new documents requested. Extension of the delay for approval of the report may delay the payment by the equivalent time. Where a report is rejected and a new report requested, the approval procedure described in this article shall apply. In the event of renewed rejection, the Commission reserves the right to terminate the agreement by invoking Article II.11.2 (b).

  • Payments and Invoicing Throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall issue Payment Invoices and pay SCE in accordance with Exhibit E.

  • Our Right to Make Payments and Recover Overpayments If payments which should have been made by us according to this provision have actually been made by another organization, we have the right to pay those organizations the amounts we decide are necessary to satisfy the rules of this provision. These amounts are considered benefits provided under this plan and we will not have to pay those amounts again. If we make payments for allowable expenses, which are more than the maximum amount needed to satisfy the conditions of this provision, we have the right to recover the excess amounts from: • the person to or for whom the payments were made; • any other insurers; and/or • any other organizations (as we decide). As the subscriber, you agree to pay back any excess amount paid, provide information and assistance, or do whatever is necessary to aid in the recovery of this excess amount. The amount of payments made includes the reasonable cash value of any benefits provided in the form of services.
