STATEMENTS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED BY CONTRACTOR. 1.2.1 Within sixty (60) days from the Effective Date, Contractor shall propose to GNPC an outline of the chart of accounts, operating records and reports to be prepared and maintained, which shall describe the basis of the accounting principles and procedures to be used during the term of the Agreement, and shall be consistent with normal practice of the international petroleum industry and Article 18.2.
