Subconsultants. The cost of subconsultants is not treated as a reimbursable expense. Subsection 10.6 below addresses payment for the cost of subconsultants.
Subconsultants. Consultant shall require all subconsultants to agree in writing that City is granted a non-exclusive and perpetual license for any Documents & Data the subconsultant prepares under this Agreement. Consultant represents and warrants that Consultant has the legal right to license any and all Documents & Data. Consultant makes no such representation and warranty in regard to Documents & Data which were prepared by design professionals other than Consultant or its subconsultants, or those provided to Consultant by the City.
Subconsultants. The Contractor shall not employ, contract with, or use the services of any consultant for the work of this Contract (except such third parties which may be used by the Contractor in the normal course of business, such as couriers, imaging services, etc.) without obtaining the prior written approval of the Agency or Agencies.
Subconsultants. CONSULTANT shall certify that certifications regarding non-discrimination, affirmative action program, and non-segregated facilities have been obtained from proposed subconsultants that are directly related to contracts with Milwaukee County, if any, prior to the award of subcontracts, and that such certification will be retained.
Subconsultants. The Consultant shall cooperate with other professionals employed by the University in the production of other work related to its services. Subject to approval by the University, the Consultant shall contract for or employ, at its expense, such professional subconsultants, as the Consultant deems necessary for the completion of the services. The Consultant may hire the services of subconsultants with University approval in place of or in addition to those employed or retained by the Consultant. The Consultant is as responsible for the performance of its subconsultants as it would be if it had rendered these services itself. Nothing in the foregoing procedure shall create any contractual relationship between the University and the professionals employed by the Consultant under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Consultant is solely responsible for payment of any subconsultants.
Subconsultants. The CONSULTANT shall require its subconsultants, if any, to comply with the provisions of paragraphs F and G above by placing equivalent provisions in subcontracts.

Subconsultants. The Consultant is responsible for ensuring and/or verifying that all Subconsultants have current, valid, and collectable certificates of insurance that are consistent with the minimum requirements within the Consultant Contract. This is applicable to all lines of insurance within the Contract. The Department reserves the right to request that the Consultant provide proof that its Subconsultants have the required insurance coverage at any time.
Subconsultants. Consultant agrees to include in its contracts with all subconsultants the same requirements and provisions of this Agreement, including the indemnity and insurance requirements, to the extent they apply to the scope of the subconsultants work. Furthermore, Consultant shall require its subconsultants to agree to be bound to Consultant and City in the same manner and to the same extent as Consultant is bound to City under this Agreement. Additionally, Consultant shall obligate its subconsultants to comply with these same provisions with respect to any tertiary subconsultant, regardless of tier. A copy of City's indemnity and insurance provisions will be furnished to the subconsultant or tertiary subconsultant upon request.
Subconsultants. The CONSULTANT shall, upon requiring the services of various sub-consultants, be responsible for the integration of all sub-consultants' work into the documents and for all payments to such sub-consultants out of the lump sum fee agreed to. Services rendered by the CONSULTANT in connection with the coordination of any such sub-consultants or other personnel services shall be considered within the scope of the basic contract and no additional fee will be due the CONSULTANT for such work.
