Successful Completion. The percent of all Individuals receiving A&D 81 Services who successfully complete treatment must be at least [35%] (unadjusted rate). Successful completion of problem gambling treatment is defined as Individuals who have: (a) achieved at least [75%] of short-term treatment goals; (b) completed a continued wellness plan (i.e., relapse prevention plan); and (c) lack of engagement in problem gambling behaviors for at least [30] consecutive days prior to successful completion of A&D 81 Services.
Successful Completion. Employees will be deemed “trained” when they have 36 successfully acquired the minimum skills necessary to qualify for the position for which 37 they are training, as acknowledged by their supervisor and the Insurance and Benefits 38 Management.

In the event that Affimed believes that it has successfully completed Xxxxx X-0 in accordance with Section 3.3.2(i) above on or before the expiration of the applicable Maximum Efforts Period, it shall promptly provide to the Company and Xxxxxxx data which demonstrate that Xxxxx X-0 has been successfully completed. If, during the Xxxxx X-0 Completion Determination Period, the Company confirms that Xxxxx X-0 has been successfully completed as specified in Section 3.3.2(i), then, within the Xxxxx X-0 Completion Determination Period, the Company shall select ***** Development Candidate and ***** Back-up Candidate for further development under Xxxxx X-0 and initiate Xxxxx X-0 by making the required payment under Section 7.1; provided, however, that, if the Company does not so select ***** Development Candidate and ***** Back-up Candidate for further development under Xxxxx X-0 within the Phase B-1 Completion Determination Period, Xxxxxxx may, within ***** days after the expiration of the Phase B-1 Completion Determination Period, make such selections on the Company’s behalf and the Company will then initiate Xxxxx X-0 by making the required payment under Section 7.1. If neither the Company nor Xxxxxxx make such selections, the proceeding described in Section 5.1 shall apply.
Successful Completion. “Successful Completion” of a particular clinical trial means that such trial has been completed on sufficient numbers of subjects to meet the regulatory requirements for proceeding to the next phase of clinical trials, the final report analyzing the data from such subjects in such trial has been completed, and the results of such data support initiating the next phase of clinical trials on the drug studied in such trial.
Successful Completion. To receive tuition reimbursement, evidence of successful completion of the approved course as determined by the program criteria must be presented to the Superintendent.

Successful Completion. An experience element is considered successfully completed when the owner takes beneficial use or acceptance of finalized documents. Under this similar project description, the project may have been performed under a specific contract. Also, a specific project (task authorization) performed under a continuing contract may be submitted. However, the continuing contract is not acceptable as a similar project. If a specific project (task authorization) is submitted to represent any similar project, all details on the similar project form shall be limited to the specific project (task authorization). All elements of a similar project shall be demonstrated within the specific project (task authorization) and not the continuing contract. Continuing contracts submitted as a similar project will receive a score of zero points. Task authorizations completed under a continuing contract may be submitted as a similar project. The Proposer shall ensure that the basic description of the similar project, including all required performance requirements and/or dimensions are identified and that the elements are adequately explained in the text. The description shall document how the particular element was performed in conjunction with the overall project. The mere listing of elements without specific details in the body of the description will negatively impact the scoring for the project. Failure to identify the specific performance requirements and/or dimensions of the project to ensure it meets the similar project description shall negatively impact that project’s score.
Successful Completion. CONTRACTOR shall consider all Clients to be graduated 18 upon completion of all their treatment plan goals.

In the event that Affimed believes that it has successfully completed Xxxxx X-0 in accordance with Section 3.7.2(i) above on or before the expiration of the applicable Maximum Efforts Period, it shall promptly provide to the Company and Xxxxxxx material and data which demonstrate that Xxxxx X-0 has been successfully completed. The Company shall review such material and data within ***** days following delivery of such data (as extended as necessary for the Company to comply with Section 2.1(c) of the Warrant Agreement) (such period, as may be so extended, the “Xxxxx X-0 Completion Determination Period”) and shall confirm to Affimed in writing within the Phase B-2 Completion Determination Period whether or not, in the Company’s good faith opinion, it agrees with Affimed’s determination that Xxxxx X-0 has been successfully completed. If, during the Xxxxx X-0 Completion Determination Period, the Company confirms that Xxxxx X-0 has been successfully completed as specified in Section 3.7.2(i), the Company shall initiate Phase C by making the required payment under Section 7.1.
