Survival of Sections. The provisions of Sections 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 and 2.6 shall continue in force so long as the Employee remains employed by the Employer or any Affiliate of the Employer, whether under this Agreement or not, and whether as a consultant or not, and shall survive any termination of employment under this Agreement for the periods specified therein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provision of Sections 2.5 shall survive for only three years following any termination of employment under this Agreement.
Survival of Sections. It is agreed that notwithstanding anything -------------------- contained in this Agreement to the contrary, Sections 5, 6, the applicable provisions of 7(b)(ii), 8 and 9 of this Agreement shall survive termination of the Term.
Survival of Sections. The provisions of Sections 16, 18 and 29 shall -------------------- survive the termination of this Escrow Agreement or the resignation or removal of the Escrow Agent.
Survival of Sections. Sections 2.1-2.7 (inclusive), 3, 4.2, 6, 8.4, 8.5, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 23 and 24 shall survive termination or expiration (as the case may be) of this Agreement and shall remain in full force and effect. The provisions of this Agreement which do not survive termination or expiration hereof (as the case may be) shall nonetheless be controlling on, and shall be used in construing and interpreting the rights and obligations of the parties hereto with regard to any dispute, controversy or claim which may arise under, out of, in connection with, or relating to this Agreement.
Survival of Sections. The provisions of this ARTICLE 8 shall survive the Closing.
Survival of Sections. This Section and the following Sections of this Agreement listed below, shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement:
Survival of Sections. Sections 5.9 to 5.11, inclusively, survive when this Lease ends.

Survival of Sections. Neither the expiration nor termination of this Agreement shall terminate the obligations and rights of the parties pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement which by their terms are intended to survive or be perpetual or irrevocable, including, without limitation, Sections 2.03, 2.05(a) and 7.04, Articles 5,6, 8 and 9 and the provisions of Schedule A related to the archiving of Checks, which Sections, Articles and provisions shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Survival of Sections. Termination of this Agreement shall not affect any provisions of sections 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14, each of which shall remain in full force and effect. If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction in any state that any restriction or provision in sections 9, 10, 11, 12 or 14 is excessive in duration or scope or is unreasonable or unenforceable under the laws of that state, it is the intention of the parties that such restriction or provision may be modified or amended by the court to render it enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by the law of that state.
