Common use of Suspension or Debarment Clause in Contracts

Suspension or Debarment. The Board may, by written notice to the Grantee, immediately terminate this Grant Award Contract if the Board determines that the Grantee has been debarred, suspended, or otherwise lawfully prohibited from participating in any public procurement activity, including but not limited to, being disapproved as a subcontractor of any public procurement unit or other governmental body. Execution of this Grant Award Contract shall attest that the Grantee is not currently suspended or debarred. If the Grantee becomes suspended or debarred, the Grantee shall immediately notify the Board.
