Technical Materials. Party B shall keep confidential the drawings and technical documents provided by Party A, and shall not be allowed to disclose the same to any third party by any way. in addition, after competition of manufacturing all the products, Party B shall return all the drawings and technical documents to Party A.
Technical Materials. (1) Within thirty (30) days after the Transfer Date, Licensor, at its own cost and expense, shall furnish and make available to Licensee, as part of Technical Information, all technical materials that are necessary or desirable for conducting Business Activity of the Products, including the following:
Technical Materials. STERLING COMMERCE will periodically provide Company ------------------- with the data, diagrams and other technical materials (collectively, "Technical Materials") that STERLING COMMERCE deems appropriate for Company to facilitate, provide, install, maintain and support the EC Offerings within the Territory. STERLING COMMERCE may limit the number of copies of such technical materials that Company will be authorized to make, if any. Company will (i) consecutively number each such copy (ii) maintain a current logbook that records the number of copies that have been made and (iii) reproduce all confidentiality and proprietary notices on each such copy.
Technical Materials. NCHI will provide RDSI, at no additional charge, with the data, diagrams, and other technical materials that RDSI deems appropriate, necessary or helpful for RDSI to install, support and otherwise service the Software. RDSI may make as many copies as it deems necessary, provided that RDSI retains all confidentiality and proprietary notices on each copy.
Technical Materials. AMS shall provide to ABC such technical information in relation to the Kiosk Packages and information relating to the advertising or marketing thereof as ABC may reasonably require.
Technical Materials. “Technical Materials” means copies of all inventor notebooks (or relevant portions of them), files, data, information, results of testing, drawings, schematics, models, and prototypes that are owned by the Licensor and that are in the Licensor’s possession on the effective date of this Agreement and that relate to the Licensed Patents.

All design, blueprints, tools, dies, patterns, plates or other technical materials furnished to Seller, or paid for by VT TRANSCO under the Agreement shall remain VT TRANSCO’s sole and exclusive property. VT TRANSCO reserves and retains all rights thereto. Any such materials provided to Seller shall be deemed Confidential Information. Unless otherwise directed by VT TRANSCO, Seller shall return the same to VT TRANSCO in good condition upon completion, termination or cancellation of the Agreement or on demand by VT TRANSCO. Seller shall not copy or otherwise use any such materials for any purpose other than performance under the Agreement. Seller grants to VT TRANSCO the right to reproduce, use and disclose in connection with the use, maintenance and service of the Work, all reports, drawings and reproductions thereof, and all data and technical information delivered to VT TRANSCO.
Technical Materials. Company will provide Distributor with a complete set of technical documents and materials, including but not limited to clinical studies, copies of patents (granted and/or pending), white papers and doctor observational reviews of their experience with the Products in their practices. The information will be provided in both printed and electronic format. As new materials become available, the Company will make them available to the Distributor.
Technical Materials. Upon October 31, 2002, at a time and place and in a manner and format to be mutually agreed, Interwave will deliver to Telos copies of all Technical Materials pertaining to the Licensed Products that were acquired from GBase in tangible form pursuant to the APA. Interwave shall only be obligated to deliver third party Technical Materials to the extent it has the right to do so. For avoidance of doubt, Interwave will provide any Technical Materials pertaining to technology licensed to Interwave under the Milroute Agreement.
