Telephone Outlets. One (1) telephone wall outlet mounted at standard locations for each two hundred (200) square feet of Buildable Area with pull wire through the partition.

Telephone Outlets. Eight (8) phone/data conduit boxes allowed per 2,000 square feet. Tenant will make arrangements with and pay for telephone and data cabling installation within the demised premises, and will cause phone installer work to be performed at a time compatible with Landlord's work. Telephone and data cabling installation to be in compliance with all local, State and federal code requirements. Telephone and data cabling contractor must be Florida licensed. Telephone and/or data cabling contractor to provide copies of installer's license, electrical exemption certificate, permits and municipal approvals.
Telephone Outlets. Building standard telephone outlets consist of a four square box with a ¾” conduit stubbed above ceiling at two per 250 square feet of leased area.
Telephone Outlets. Building standard tel/data work shall include one wall location per office prepared to receive a telephone outlet installation by Tenant's telecommunication contractor. In total, one tel/data pathway will be provided for each 200 square feet of rentable area, each to consist of plaster ring and cable pull string to above its individual ceiling.
