Term of the Master Agreement a. The initial term of this Master Agreement is for five (5) years. This Master Agreement may be extended beyond the original contract period for two (2) additional years at the Lead State’s discretion and by mutual agreement and upon review of requirements of Participating Entities, current market conditions, and Contractor performance.
Term of the Master Agreement. The initial term of this Master Agreement is for ten (10) years with no renewal options.
Term of the Master Agreement. The Master Agreement will become effective on the Effective Date and will continue in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) on the third anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Initial Term”), unless earlier terminated in accordance with Section 15.1 or renewed in accordance with this Section. At least nine months prior to the then-existing expiration date, the Parties will meet to discuss whether either Party desires to renew the Master Agreement beyond the then-existing date of expiration, and will begin negotiating the terms, including the duration, of such renewal. If, during such negotiation period, a Party determines that it wants to renew the Master Agreement, such Party will provide notice to the other Party at least six months prior to the then-existing expiration date. If the other Party agrees to such renewal, and the Parties reach agreement on the terms and conditions of such renewal, then the Master Agreement will renew for the agreed duration (each such renewal period, a “Renewal Term”). The Initial Term and any Renewal Terms are collectively referred to herein as the “Term.”
Term of the Master Agreement. This Master Agreement becomes effective upon signature by all the parties (“Effective Date”). The initial term of this Master Agreement ends December 31, 2023 (“Initial Term”). This Master Agreement may be extended beyond the Initial Term for additional terms, at the Lead State’s discretion and by mutual agreement and upon review of requirements of Participating Entities, current market conditions, and Contractor performance, provided however the term may not be extended more than 4 years beyond the end date of the Initial Term.
Term of the Master Agreement. Unless otherwise specified as a shorter term in a Participating Addendum, the term of the Master Agreement will run from contract execution to September 15, 2026.
Term of the Master Agreement a. Provisions governing term of the Contract are in section 4 of the body of the Contract.
Term of the Master Agreement. This Master Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. It may be terminated at any time by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Such termination shall take effect five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such letter. However, this Master Agreement shall remain in force between the Parties in respect of Transactions entered into prior to such termination becoming effective.
Term of the Master Agreement. Section 3.1 The term of the Master Agreement is 12 months, beginning on February 20, 2006 and ending on February 15, 2007. This term may be changed subject to any amendment to the Master Agreement.

Except as expressly amended above, all other terms and conditions of the Master Agreement are still in full force and effect. Contractor certifies that the representations, warranties and certifications contained in the Master Agreement are true and correct as of the Amendment Effective Date and with the same effect as though made at the time of this Amendment.
Term of the Master Agreement. This Master Agreement will take effect upon execution by all of the Parties and by proper state officials (the “Effective Date”) and will remain in effect until all obligations have been satisfactorily completed.
