Termination Following Expiration. Executive shall not be entitled to any severance payment under this Agreement or otherwise upon a termination following the expiration of the term of this Agreement except as may result from a termination by the Company without Cause as provided in Section 15(d).

Termination Following Expiration. Following the expiration of the Term, or the earlier completion of development of the Project and all of Developer’s obligations in connection therewith, this Agreement shall be deemed terminated and of no further force and effect, except as expressly provided herein.
Termination Following Expiration. If the Company terminates the Executive’s employment without Cause, as defined in Section 4(d), or if the Executive resigns for Good Reason, as defined in Section 4(e), following the Expiration Date, the Company shall (i) pay to the Executive an amount equal to one (1) year of his Base Salary at the rate in effect as of the Termination Date in a lump sum amount on the sixtieth (60th) day following the Termination Date, provided the Release is effective and irrevocable prior such date, and (ii) pay to the Executive the Accrued Obligations on the next regularly scheduled payroll date following the Termination Date. Thereafter, the Executive acknowledges that the Company shall have no further obligation to the Executive under this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Executive is at any time in breach of Sections 7 or 8 of this Agreement, the Company will have no obligations under this Section 5(d).

  • Compensation Following Termination In the event that Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated, Executive shall be entitled only to the following compensation and benefits upon such termination:

If termination shall occur prior to the Settlement Date for any sale of Shares, such sale shall nevertheless settle in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
