TERMINATION, NON-RENEWAL AND REVOCATION. A. Termination by the School. Should the School choose to terminate its Charter before the expiration of the Certificate, it may do so upon written notice to the Authorizer. Any school terminating its charter shall work with the Authorizer to ensure a smooth and orderly closure and transition for students and parents, as guided by the public charter school closure protocol established by the Authorizer attached as Appendix D.
