Common use of Termination Provisions Clause in Contracts

Termination Provisions. 21 ADMINISTRATOR may terminate this Agreement without penalty, immediately 22 with cause or after thirty (30) days written notice without cause, unless otherwise specified. Notice 23 shall be deemed served on the date of mailing.
