Common use of The Custodian Clause in Contracts

The Custodian. Any Custodian in acting hereunder shall be subject to the directions of the Depositary and shall be responsible solely to it. The Depositary may from time to time, after consultation with the Company if practicable, appoint one or more agents to act for it as Custodian hereunder in addition to or in lieu of the Custodian appointed hereunder.
