The Lessee's Right to Cure Sample Clauses

The Lessee's Right to Cure. Notwithstanding any provision contained in the Lease or any other Operative Document, if a Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the Lessee shall have the right to cure such Event of Default by (a) exercising its Purchase Option at any time prior to the earlier of (i) the termination of the Lessee's possessory interest in the Property, (ii) the thirty day period following the occurrence of a Lease Event of Default and (iii) the entering into by the Lessor of a binding contract to sell the Property, and (b) purchasing the Property in accordance with Section 20.1 at any time prior to such time as a foreclosure upon or sale of the Property has been completed.
