The Lessee's Right to Cure. Notwithstanding any provision --------------------------- contained in the Lease or any other Operative Document, if a Lease Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the Lessee shall have the right to cure such Lease Event of Default by exercising its Purchase Option and purchasing the Property in accordance with Section 20.1 at any time prior to such time as a ------------ foreclosure upon or sale of the Property has been completed.
