The Parties shall attempt to resolve. Disputed Amounts appearing on SBC- ILEC’s current billing statements thirty (30) to sixty (60) calendar days from the Bill Due Date (provided the CLEC furnishes all requisite information and evidence under Section 10.4.1 by the Bill Due Date). If not resolved within thirty (30) calendar days, upon request, SBC-ILEC will notify CLEC of the status of the dispute and the expected resolution date.
