Common use of The Parties Clause in Contracts

The Parties. All references herein to “the Fund” are to each of the Funds listed on Appendix A individually, as if this Agreement were between such individual Fund and RPS. In the case of a series Fund or trust or Fund with separate classes, all references to “the Fund” are to the individual series or class of such Fund or trust, or to such Fund or trust on behalf of the individual series or class, as appropriate.
