The School Division will give advance notice to the Association when a representative of the Division affected by the grievance is attending a grievance meeting. If the matter involves a grievance by the School Division against a teacher, the School Division shall bear the expense of the teacher’s attendance, including any salary and group health benefit contributions, and travel and accommodation costs.

The School Division will register and implement a ninety-five (95%) percent Supplementary Unemployment Benefits (S.U.B.) plan which each teacher shall apply for and, if eligible, access during the health-related portion of the teacher’s maternity leave. The School Division shall pay its portion of each teacher's benefit plan premiums during the health-related portion of the teacher’s maternity leave. The remainder of the maternity leave not covered by the health-related portion shall be without pay and benefits.
The School Division will establish for each eligible teacher a Health Spending Account for the use of the eligible teacher, their spouse and dependents, and administered by the ASEBP, which adheres to Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
The School Division will reinstate the teacher to the teaching position occupied when the adoption leave commenced or to an alternative teaching position of a comparable nature.
The School Division will establish a Professional Development Account for each teacher under contract as of September 30.

  • School discipline The Parents accept the authority of the Headmaster and of other members of staff on the Headmaster's behalf to take all reasonable disciplinary or preventative action necessary to safeguard and promote the welfare of the Pupil and the School community as a whole. The School's policies on behaviour and discipline current at the time and published on the School website apply to all pupils at the School and at all times when the Pupil is in or at school, (including when engaged in online or remote learning), representing the School or wearing School uniform, travelling to or from School, on School-organised trips or associated with the School at any time. The policies shall also apply at all times and places in circumstances where failing to apply this policy may affect the health, safety or wellbeing of a member of the School community or a member of the public, have repercussions for the orderly running of the School or bring the School into disrepute.

  • Advisory Board (a) The Managing Member may establish an Advisory Board comprised of members of the Managing Member’s expert network and external advisors. The Advisory Board will be available to provide guidance to the Managing Member on the strategy and progress of the Company.   • Professional Development Fund A budget item equal to one-half (½) of one (1) percent of employees' salaries shall be set aside annually to be used to:

  • Subpoenas Directed to BellSouth Where BellSouth provides resold services or local switching for <<customer_name>>, BellSouth shall respond to subpoenas and court ordered requests delivered directly to BellSouth for the purpose of providing call detail records when the targeted telephone numbers belong to <<customer_name>> end users. Billing for such requests will be generated by BellSouth and directed to the law enforcement agency initiating the request. BellSouth shall maintain such information for <<customer_name>> end users for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own end users.

  • MINISTRY/SCHOOL BOARD INITIATIVES ETFO will be an active participant in the consultation process to develop a Ministry of Education PPM regarding Ministry/School Board Initiatives.

  • Team Leader In each of the categories described above, a Team Leader, besides knowing all of the specialization and orientation of their category, must have proved certifiable, technical expertise and aptitude, show leadership capabilities in management, coordination, training and work team skills. On the basis of the aforesaid attributes, a person can be promoted to a higher position within the same category and shall be known as Team Leader. The Team Leader will have the necessary knowledge and responsibility for the product, equipment, processes and their quality, Health and Safety Practices, verification of the availability of the necessary inputs and tools, and deviation and follow-up analysis. The Company will select Team Leaders in accordance with Article 14.2 (c). The Team Leader will have authority to direct workers both inside and outside of the bargaining unit.

  • Professional Development Committee There shall be a Professional Development Committee composed of at least two (2) representatives of the Association and an equal number of representatives from the Hospital. Each party may have alternates to replace a member from time to time.

  • School Board Any reference to School Board or District in this Agreement shall mean the District and/or its designated officials.
