Common use of The Service Clause in Contracts

The Service. During the Subscription Period, subject to Your payment of the Subscription Fee and any sus- pension or termination rights in this Agreement, the Provider grants to You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, irrevocable right to access and use the Service under the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the appli- cable Subscription Metrics. The terms of this clause 3 apply to You solely if the Subscription Metrics indicate You have a right to use the Service.

The Service.
