Transfer of Authority. On the effective date of the Servicer’s resignation or termination or the later date that the Servicer stops performing its obligations, all rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement and of the Administrator under the Administration Agreement will become the rights and obligations of the successor Servicer, including as successor Administrator.

Transfer of Authority. On the effective date of the Servicer’s resignation or termination or the later date that the Servicer stops performing its obligations, and solely to the extent the Successor Servicer is an entity other than the Indenture Trustee, all rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement and of the Administrator under the Administration Agreement will become the rights and obligations of the Successor Servicer, including as successor Administrator. For the avoidance of doubt, (x) the resignation or removal of Cellco as Servicer will not result in the termination of Cellco’s duties as Marketing Agent and (y) if the Indenture Trustee is the Successor Servicer, Cellco will continue to act as Administrator under the Administration Agreement, to the extent it is able to continue to perform thereunder pursuant to the terms of the Administration Agreement.

Israel shall transfer powers and responsibilities as specified in this Agreement from the Israeli military government and its Civil Administration to the Council in accordance with this Agreement. Transfer of Authority. 2.19 Any power vested in a Minister of Canada or in a Minister of the Executive Council of Nunavut, pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, may be transferred to another Minister of Canada, or to another Minister of the Executive Council of Nunavut, respectively.
