Unauthorized Work by Contractor. Additional Work performed by Contractor without written authorization from the County is at the Contractor’s own risk. Contractor shall not be entitled to an increase in the Contract Sum or an extension of the Contract Time without an executed Modification.

Unauthorized Work by Contractor. Additional work performed by Contractor without authorization of a change order is at the Contractor’s own risk. Should the Contractor fail to submit a claim within the 60-day period, the State may, at its sole discretion, based on information available to it, determine what, if any, compensation is due the Contractor and pay the Contractor the determined amount.
