Common use of Union Activities During Working Hours Clause in Contracts

Union Activities During Working Hours. The Union agrees that there will be no Union activities carried out during working hours, except those necessary in connection with the administration of this Agreement. Accredited Representatives of the Union shall have access to the Company's premises during working hours for the purpose of adjusting disputes, investigating working conditions and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to, provided however, that there is no interruption of the Company's working schedule.
