Username and Passwords. Xxxxxxxx.xxx will issue to the Subscriber a requested number of usernames and passwords necessary to access Xxxxxxxx.xxx services, not to exceed 10 usernames and passwords per subscription fee. Subscriber is responsible for preserving the secrecy of its users and for ensuring that access to services and use of its usernames and passwords are controlled by it and that, in those instances where a purchase order provides time and/or dollar and/or database limitations, use of the system does not exceed those limitations. Subscriber is liable for any and all charges for services to its usernames, whether or not authorized by Subscriber.

Username and Passwords. One of the main security features protecting your Account(s) is the unique combination of your Username and Password. During the enrollment process, you will be asked to select a unique Username and Password that will be used to access Online Banking. You choose your own Password, which will be encrypted in our database. Bridgewater Bank does not have access to this information. Your Online Banking access will be automatically deactivated after three unsuccessful login attempts within a 24-hour time frame. You may reset your Password online or contact Bridgewater Bank for assistance. Because your Password is used to access your Accounts, you should treat it as you would any other sensitive personal data. Your Password, which is case sensitive, must comply with the following requirements:

Each authorized staff member and student will be required to use a unique username and password to access the online platforms provided as part of the Assessments and Services. Copyright and Ownership of Information: Subscriber agrees to comply with any copyright notices or other limitation on use which are applicable to services, databases, or other information provided through Xxxxxxxx.xxx. Acceptance of this agreement allows Subscriber a non-transferable END-USER License in any provided software. The software is licensed, not sold, and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Subscriber may copy software on Subscriber’s computer or computers at one location only. Software furnished is dedicated for Subscriber’s use only. Subscriber may not rent or lease the software or separate component parts to anyone else. Subscriber may also store or install a copy of the software on a storage device, such as a network server, for Subscriber’s use only. Payment Invoices for all services rendered will be prepared by Xxxxxxxx.xxx and provided by Xxxxxxxx.xxx. Rates shall be in accordance with the current Xxxxxxxx.xxx rate schedule. Terms of invoice payment shall be net twenty (20) days. In addition to the rates contained herein, Subscriber shall pay Xxxxxxxx.xxx for all sales, use, and excise taxes incurred by Xxxxxxxx.xxx in providing services to Subscriber. Xxxxxxxx.xxx makes no representations as to the liability or exemption from liability of the Subscriber to any tax imposed by any governmental entity. Past due invoices may be subject to a delinquency charge of 1.5% per month of the amount in arrears, or the legal limit, whichever is less. Subscriber agrees to pay all costs of collection of delinquent accounts, including reasonable attorney’s fees, as permitted by law. During the enrollment process, you will be asked to select a unique Username and Password. For security purposes, do not use your account number or social security number as your Username. Encryption and access controls are used to protect your Password within our database. If you need to reset your Password, you may use our online automated Password reset feature or you may contact this Institution for assistance. Because your Password is used to access your accounts, you should treat it as you would any other sensitive personal data.  You should carefully select a Password that is difficult to guess.  You should not use words based on your name, address or other personal information.  Special characters may be used to increase security.  Do NOT use dictionary words.  Keep your Password safe.  Memorize your Password and do NOT write it down.  You should also change your Password occasionally, such as every 90 days.  Passwords should not be shared with anyone, even Authorized Users.  The “Help” link within the Online Banking service will offer tips on choosing a secure Password that you can remember. When you enroll for the Online Banking service you agree to change your Password immediately if you suspect that your Password has been compromised. This can be done at any time from the “User Services” menu after you log on to the Online Banking service.
