Tenant shall not use or occupy, or permit the use or occupancy of, the Premises or any part thereof for any use other than the use specifically set forth in Section 6.1 hereof, or in any manner that, in Landlord's judgment, would adversely affect or interfere with any services required to be furnished by Landlord to Tenant or to any other tenant or occupant of the Building, or with the proper and economical rendition of any such service, or with the use or enjoyment of any part of the Building by any other tenant or occupant.

Uses Not Permitted. Notwithstanding the Permitted Uses, neither Tenant nor any other person or entity claiming through Tenant and having a right to possess, use, or occupy the Premises or Building shall at any time in, on, or around the Premises or Building (i) manufacture, develop, sell, display, prescribe, dispense or distribute any type of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, narcotics, pharmaceuticals or other medical products, equipment or services, (ii) engage in or promote gambling activities, (iii) sell, offer, provide, display, dispense, publish, manufacture, or distribute any publication, product, or service that is pornographic, lewd, obscene, or otherwise objectionable in the sole, unfettered judgment and discretion of Landlord or its affiliates, or (iv) other than use by Landlord or any of its affiliates, use the Premises or Building for activities in support or promotion of a particular religious denomination or organization.

Unless otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement, You may not: (i) copy, modify or make derivative works of any part of the Licensed Product or Third-Party Code (as defined below), or incorporate the Licensed Product or Third-Party Code into other software (in each case, except to the extent permitted by an applicable open source software license); (ii) distribute, sell, resell, rent, lease, sublease, sublicense, timeshare, lend or otherwise disseminate the Licensed Product, Syndicated Data, Third-Party Code, or any copies thereof, or Your rights under this Agreement; (iii) place the Licensed Product on the Internet or any similar network or network service or virtualize a User-Based License without Alteryx’s prior written consent; (iv) make any attempt to unlock or bypass any initialization system, or encryption techniques utilized by the Licensed Product; (v) alter, remove or obscure any product identification, proprietary legend, copyright, trademark, service mark, or other notices contained in or on the Licensed Product; (vi) disclose any passwords, lock-codes, authorization codes, license keys or serial numbers provided by Alteryx (each, a “License Key”), or use any License Key not supplied by Alteryx; (vii) decompile, disassemble, decode, reverse engineer or in any other way attempt to derive, reconstruct, or discover a source code version of any Licensed Product or any of its components, including any data incorporated therein; (viii) publicly disseminate performance information or analysis from any source relating to the Licensed Product; (ix) use the Licensed Product to develop a product that is competitive with any Alteryx product offering; (x) assert, nor will You authorize, assist or encourage any third party to assert, against Alteryx, any of its Affiliates, or Third-Party Licensors, any patent infringement or other intellectual property infringement claim regarding any Licensed Product, workflow or derivative work thereof; or (xi) disclose the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any Order Form.

The authorized end user shall not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, loan, transfer, assign, or provide access to electronic versions of the Data, in whole or in part, to unlicensed third parties, including partner agencies, clients or contractors. Printed maps of all or portions of these Data may only be provided to partner agencies, clients or contractors as part of a larger analysis or project related to the purposes listed under item 2 of Permitted Uses above.

Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, you may not use the Software to provide paid consulting services to third parties where the primary purpose of such consulting services is to provide data management, translation, or transformation unless the third party also owns a license of FME software. You shall not act as a service bureau or application service provider that allows third parties direct access to the Software. You shall not sell, rent, host, lease, sub-license, lend, timeshare, transfer, or otherwise provide unlicensed third parties direct access to the Software. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter, modify, or create any derivative works of the Software and Related Materials except to the extent permitted in this Agreement or by law. Other than as part of a cloud-based application or web service that uses FME Server, you may not use the Software to process third party data solely for the use and benefit of third parties. You may not use FME Desktop to provide any stand-alone data translation system or web service for third parties unless a separate written agreement is obtained from Safe Software.
