Utah Law. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
Utah Law. This Agreement and each of the loan documents shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the law of the State of Utah.
Utah Law. This Agreement is entered into under the laws of the State of Utah, and the Parties hereto intend that Utah law shall apply to the interpretation hereof.
Utah Law. This Subscription Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and be governed by the laws of the State of Utah. The parties hereto hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the state of federal courts in Utah to resolve all claims or disputes arising under this Subscription Agreement.
Utah Law. Employer understands that under Utah Code Annotated § 00-00-000, “All data in the possession of [PEHP] is confidential, and may not be divulged by [PEHP] except as permitted by board action.” Employer acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is subject to this rule of confidentiality.
Utah Law. 7.2 This Agreement shall be interpreted, construed and governed both as to validity and to performance of the Parties in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Legal actions concerning any dispute, claim or matter arising out of or in relation
Utah Law. This Agreement shall be interpreted pursuant to Utah law. Each party agrees that any legal action or proceeding with respect to this Agreement may only be brought in the district courts of Utah County, in the state of Utah.
Utah Law. This Pledge Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the internal laws of the State of Utah, except as otherwise required by mandatory provisions of law and except to the extent that remedies provided by the laws of any jurisdiction other than Utah are governed by the laws of such jurisdiction.
Utah Law. This Deed of Trust shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah (without giving effect to conflict of laws provisions), except to the extent that federal laws preempt the laws of the State of Utah.
Utah Law. The provisions of Sections 61-6-1 to 61-6-12 of the Utah Code will not apply to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Section 4.20
