Utilization of Goods and Services. Any goods and services financed under this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing by USAID, will be devoted to the Agreement until the completion or termination of the Agreement, and thereafter (as well as during any period of suspension of the Agreement) will be used to further the Objective of the Agreement and as USAID may direct in Implementation Letters.

Utilization of Goods and Services. All goods and services financed with Grant funds will, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Global Fund, be devoted to the Program until the completion or termination of this Agreement, and thereafter unless the Principal Recipient and the Global Fund agree otherwise, any remaining property shall be transferred to the Global Fund.
