Vendor shall provide. A dance performance of __2_ dancers on the _8th of May, 2009___ at the below specified location in addendum section exhibit B. The time of performance shall be 2 sets of 13 min in the frame of two and a half hours starting @ 8 and 10 PM. The total performance time shall be for the duration will consist of 25 minutes in the period of 2.5 hours, with pre-approved songs. Dancers will take pictures with guests between sets The performer will wear an appropriate, authentic, professional costume. If appropriate, the performer will encourage audience participation through dancing. Guests of honor may be invited onto the stage to dance, but the performer will not force those who are uninterested in participating. Vendor will not be held liable in the event an invitee injures him/herself while dancing or while watching the dance. The music shall be focused on _1.Flamenco and Belly Dance or 2.Two sets of Brazilian Samba with a costume change The performer shall provide music in the form of a CD/IPod. If for any reason there is a delay in the performer's arrival time, the performer will call the phone number given below as exhibit A to inform the hiring party of the delay.
