Vesting/Exercise Schedule Cumulative. The Vesting and Exercise Schedule in Section 3.1 above shall be cumulative; thus, to the extent the Option has become vested and exercisable, but has not already been exercised and has not expired, terminated or been canceled, Executive may at any time, and from time to time, purchase all or any portion of the Executive Shares then purchasable under the Vesting and Exercise Schedule in Section 3.1 above.
