Common use of Vesting of Restricted Shares Clause in Contracts

Vesting of Restricted Shares. Subject to the terms and conditions of Sections 4 and 5 of this Agreement, 100% of the Restricted Shares covered by this Agreement shall vest in accordance with the vesting schedule based on the total shareholder return as set forth on Exhibit A (the “Performance-based Vesting Schedule”). Subject to the terms and conditions of Sections 4 and 5 of this Agreement, up to an additional 100% of the Restricted Shares covered by this Agreement (the “Additional Shares”) may be issued in accordance with the Performance-based Vesting Schedule.

Vesting of Restricted Shares. Subject to the terms and conditions of Sections 4 and 5 of this Agreement, 100% and the applicable provisions of that certain Employment Agreement, dated as of [INSERT DATE] (the “Employment Agreement”), by and between the Company and the Grantee, the Restricted Shares covered by this Agreement shall vest in accordance with the vesting schedule based on the total shareholder return as set forth on Exhibit A (the “Performance-based Vesting ScheduleComponent”). Subject to the terms and conditions of Sections 4 and 5 of this Agreement, up to an additional 100% of the Restricted Shares covered by this Agreement (the “Additional Shares”) may be issued in accordance with the Performance-based Vesting Schedule.

Vesting of Restricted Shares. Subject to the terms and conditions of Sections 4 and 5 of this Agreement, 100% and the applicable provisions of that certain Employment Agreement, dated as of August 29, 2017 (the “Employment Agreement”), by and between the Company and the Grantee, the Restricted Shares covered by this Agreement shall vest in accordance with the vesting schedule based on the total shareholder return as set forth on Exhibit A (the “Performance-based Vesting ScheduleComponent”). Subject to the terms and conditions of Sections 4 and 5 of this Agreement, up to an additional 100% of the Restricted Shares covered by this Agreement (the “Additional Shares”) may be issued in accordance with the Performance-based Vesting Schedule.

Subject to the terms and conditions of Sections 4 and 5 of this Agreement, up to an additional 100% <20%> of the Restricted Shares covered by this Agreement (the “Additional Shares”) may be issued in accordance with the Performance-based Vesting Schedulevesting on each of <INSERT VESTING DATES>.
