Wash Up. Employees will be allowed a five (5) minute paid wash up period prior to lunch.

If Transpower is required to repay to the Clearing Manager or the Load Following Generator under the Electricity Governance Rules any part of any losses and constraint excess payment previously received by it (the "Wash-Up Amount") it will calculate the proportion of the Wash-Up Amount which was credited to the Customer (in dollars) (the "Customer Wash-Up Amount"), and it may either:

Wash Up. 14. 1 Only those associates where it is required by their work will be granted up to five (5) minutes to wash-up.
Wash Up. Employees being granted personal wash-up and per- xxxxx allowance time at the date of this Agreement shall continue to be granted such time unless mutually agreed by the parties.
