Notification of Assignments Assignments and schedules for the following year shall be made by the last working day of the teacher's work year.
Notification of Assignment Any assignment that is not undertaken in accordance with the provisions set forth above shall be null and void ab initio. A Party making any assignment shall promptly notify the other Party of such assignment, regardless of whether consent is required. THIRD PARTY ACTION NOTIFICATION Vendor shall give Customer prompt notice in writing of any action or suit filed, and prompt notice of any claim made against Vendor by any entity that may result in litigation related in any way to this Agreement.
Change of Assignment Mutual consent for a change in work year assignment must be reached by March 15 for the following academic year.
Payment Mechanics All payments of principal and interest hereunder are to be made in lawful money of the United States of America in the manner specified in Article III of the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
FULL UNDERSTANDING, MODIFICATION AND WAIVER 3.1.1 This Agreement sets forth the full and entire understanding of the parties regarding the matters set forth herein, and any and all prior or existing Memoranda of Understanding, understandings and agreements, whether formal or informal, are hereby superseded and terminated in their entirety.
DURATION OF ASSIGNMENT The scope of services of this Assignment shall be completed no later than August 31, 2023, unless terminated earlier as provided in Section 3.2 of the Agreement. The schedule is subject to adjustments for possible time extension; however, any extension of time must be approved by the TFC and shall require an amendment to Assignment No. 1.
