This Agreement may be terminated: (i) by any Party after giving the other Parties ninety (90) Calendar Days advance written notice following the termination of the DevelopmentDevelopment SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2654 Agreement prior to the completion of its term, subject to the suspension requirements in Article 2.3.1.2 below; or (ii) by the mutual agreement in writing of all Parties.
