Yearly Basis. Each eligible Nurse shall be eligible for educational hours as provided in this Section on the basis of the academic year, which is the period from September 1 – August 31.

Yearly Basis. The covered employee shall be eligible for five (5) days educational leave as provided above on an Anniversary Year basis upon the completion of ninety (90) days of employment.
