Your Use. You will ensure that your use of the Services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. You are solely responsible for your use of the Services.
Your Use. You agree to use: • the software and documentation only for your own purposes and not to exploit them for your own commercial gain; • the documentation only in relation to your use of the software; and • reasonable care and protection to prevent the unauthorised use, copying, publication, or dissemination of the software.
Your Use. You agree not to use Globalstar Service for any purpose in violation of the Agreement or applicable law, or in any manner which interferes unreasonably with the use of the Globalstar Service by any other subscriber or with GUSA's ability to provide service to other subscribers.
Your Use. You are responsible for ensuring that (a) the Online Services are suitable for your needs and (b) your use, and the use by any Authorized Users, is in compliance with this Appendix and all applicable laws, including but not limited to data privacy and security laws. If you become aware of any noncompliance by any Authorized User, you will promptly bring the Authorized User into compliance which may include removing noncompliant content or terminating access. If you develop or use applications that operate in conjunction with the Online Services for or on behalf of any third party, Red Hat may require the third party to obtain Subscriptions from Red Hat such that their use is subject to the terms and conditions of this Appendix.
Your Use. You must only use your Services lawfully and in accordance with this Agreement, for your personal, domestic or household use. You must only use the Services in compliance with the Foxtel Fair Use Policy. You must not use or attempt to use your Services: • in any way that is unlawful, to break any law, to damage any property, to injure any person, to menace or harass any person, to incite hatred against any person, or infringe any other person’s intellectual property or other rights; • to transmit, publish or communicate material that is illegal, defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, menacing or unwanted (or promote others to engage in such acts); • to send excessive unsolicited data to third parties or for any purpose that may result in a virus, worm, trojan or similar program being sent; • to access, host or send any ‘prohibited content’, as that term is defined in the Broadcasting Services Xxx 0000 (Cth); • in any way that might: o expose us or any of our Suppliers to liability or the risk of legal or administrative action, including prosecution under any law, or bring us or any of our Suppliers into disrepute; o damage the Foxtel Network or any Supplier Network; or o cause interruption, interference or degradation in the performance of your Services, any other customer’s Foxtel services, the Foxtel Network or any Supplier Network. You must not interfere with the normal operation of, or make unsafe, the Services, the Foxtel Network or any Supplier Network. You must not access or interfere with any network, system, equipment or facility that is owned, operated or controlled by any of our Suppliers, unless you are authorised to do so. You must not establish, maintain or permit a connection to the Foxtel Network or any Supplier Network that is prohibited by or does not meet the requirements of any technical or interconnection standards made by a Regulatory Authority, unless such connection is made in accordance with a connection permit issued under an applicable law. You must comply with all directions given by a Regulator and all reasonable directions given by us in connection with your Services. You must also comply with all reasonable directions given by us to comply with any requirements of our Suppliers in connection with the supply or use of your Services.
Your Use. You are responsible for ensuring that (a) the Red Hat Online Subscriptions are suitable for your needs and (b) your use, and the use by any Authorized Users, of the Red Hat Online Subscriptions is in compliance with this Appendix and all applicable laws, including but not limited to data privacy and security laws. If you become aware of any violation by any Authorized User, you agree to promptly bring the Authorized User into compliance which may include removing content that violates these terms or terminating access. If you develop or use applications that operate in conjunction with the Red Hat Online Subscriptions for and/or on behalf of any third party, Red Hat may require the third party to obtain Red Hat Online Subscriptions from Red Hat such that their use is subject to the terms and conditions of this Appendix.
Your Use. You may carry out farm operations and use the Plot in accordance with the farm operation policy attached as Exhibit A and the other provisions of this Agreement.
Your Use. You agree to use (and to procure that your authorized users use) the Subscription Services in accordance with, and to comply with, all applicable laws and regulations and the terms of this Subscription Agreement. You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of the Subscription Services for your use. If you develop Applications that operate in conjunction with the ServisBot Subscription Services for and on behalf of any third party, ServisBot may require the third party to obtain Subscription Services from ServisBot whereby such use is subject to the terms and conditions of this Subscription Agreement. You are solely responsible for the actions of your authorized users.
Your Use. You may use the Product membership only for non-commercial purposes. You may not use or order the Product membership for anyone else.
Your Use. You may only use the Website and Services for personal and non-commercial purposes. Use of the Website and Services for commercial purposes, without the prior written authorisation of RecFish SA, is specifically prohibited. RecFish SA reserves the right to remove any material or content uploaded by you on the Website or Services which in its sole discretion it deems to be commercial, without prior notice. Uploading of commercial material, or use of the Website and Services for commercial purposes, may result in your entitlement to access the Website and Services being suspended or terminated. You understand and acknowledge that RecFish SA is permitted to use the Website and Services for commercial purposes. Except as expressly intended by the functionality of the Website and Services, you must not alter or modify any part of Website and Services without the prior written approval of RecFish SA. Use of the Website and Services for unlawful, illegal or otherwise prohibited activities, including but not limited to distribution of material which infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties, circulation of pornographic, defamatory, racist or otherwise objectionable material and collecting details of other users by any means whatsoever for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or any other form of unauthorised solicitation (Prohibited Activities), is prohibited. RecFish SA expressly reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary in respect of any Prohibited Content or Prohibited Activities or other illegal or unauthorised use of the Website and Services by any person, including removing Prohibited Content without notice, referring matters to appropriate authorities for further investigation (such as police) and appropriate legal action. You must immediately notify RecFish SA if you become aware or reasonably suspect that any User Content submitted by another user is Prohibited Content, or that any other user is engaging in Prohibited Activities, or proposes to do so.
